3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the project has commenced.

  • Delays or issues caused by lack of client communication, unresponsiveness, or failure to provide necessary inputs.

  • Work has been substantially completed as per the agreed scope.

  • For services such as domain registration, web hosting, or third-party licenses, as these are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Custom software or design projects where time and resources have already been invested.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us in writing at the earliest.

  • For monthly services like hosting or maintenance, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
